A Visual Story of a Trans Woman’s Process of Self Love

“Lu” is a visual story shot in Mexico that explores the model’s self-recognition as a trans woman, empowered through clothing and makeup.

“Learning to love a body that doesn’t feel mine is one of the hardest things I’ve done in my life. Reminding myself that I am as valid as any other woman. Keeping in mind that I have to build myself, my own happiness, cause it’s my life, and no one is going to live it for me. Learning to love the process, it’s hard…But the goal is clearer than ever, and I know this is what I always wanted.” – Lu
